Ergomat - Automatic Horizontal lathes
This machine type is destined, in general, to the
serial production of medium and big lots. Most of the applications are
in the machining of pieces starting from bars up to 60mm of diameter.
There are also applications for machining of pieces
pre-formed (wrought, founded, etc.) with fixation for plate.
The studies of time of production are elaborated to
leave of the concepts of the machining technology. The lot size depends
on the time of the cycle of one piece's machining. The most important
is that the machine works the largest possible time so it can dilute the
time of preparation in a economic way.
The cam group (curves) for the machining of one certain
piece is projected to reach the largest revenue of the machine, that is
to say, the time of the cycle optimized. A lot of times, a cam group can
be used to machining families of pieces, which becomes very economic.
The production level depends on the geometry and material
of the part to be machined. Depending of these parameters, automatic lathes
can reach a production of approximately 200 parts/hour.

Automatic lathes CNC with multiple cars
This lathe type uses the technique of CNC in the concept
constructive of the classic automatic lathes the cams.
