CNC Cut and Weld machine

This kind of machine are used by plastic transformers, like bags and satchels manufactures.

These machines are faster, productive and require less maintenance than the mechanical ones, so it became standard machines in HECE. They have got a servomotor, a CNC, AC motors controlled by frequence inversors, encoders, etc.

The main aspects are low maintenance and high production, and the gain is about 30%. Another feature is that the actual machines needs operators with the same qualification that the older ones.

However they needs technicians with eletro-eletronics experience.
